That's My Instructor's Mission
The Mission of That's My Instructor is two-fold: to honor the needs of the consumer and to meet the needs of the instructor.
North Carolina consumers need more guidance in the world of real estate. Whether buying or selling, managing rental property or renting, or taking courses to become a Broker or maintain a license, NC consumers universally deserve more guidance in the rules, regulations and restrictions of this very important industry than any law or rule requires.
Our lack of information is not only a hinderance to achieving the best price terms and conditions in the market place, it can also leave us vulnerable and exposed in the midst of one of life's most expensive transactions. That's My Instructor wants to help consumers find the information that they are looking for in a user-friendly and learner-focused atmosphere in order to proceed as informed participants in the real estate market, either through a class or an appointment. Therefore, That's My Instructor offers courses for real estate continuing education and licensing, as well as classes for the average residential buyer and seller to better navigate
the market.
That's My Instructor also has a mission to improve the working conditions of the accredited instructor in North Carolina real estate by providing quality educators a home for their courses that is fueled by what they know, and what they want rather than who they know and what the school wants to offer. As independent contractors, instructors should have the rights to set their own schedules and expectations for their classroom. That's My Instructor is designed to put the classroom level decisions of policy and procedure back into the hands of the instructor and to honor those policies at the Provider level. Therefore, course policies at That's My Instructor are dependent on the Instructor's determinations, and fully backed by the Education Director in That's My Instructor's Policies and Procedures, and through the rules promogulated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and other applicable licensing boards.

Location
Currently, most real estate continuing education and licensing classes offered through That's My Instructor are available online via Zoom delivery. Participants can access the Zoom classroom from the internet, though downloading the Zoom browser is preferred for full functionality. We also offer CE classes at various locations across the state. In-Person Classes are identified as "live" in the course titles.
